[UI - Beta] Hovering over eye symbol next to domains in top queries and blocked domains sections doesn't bring up the details popup #1690

Issue Details

Version of AdGuard Home server:
- v0.102.0-81-gaa7b3 (Built from master branch github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome@aa7b3c33d5)
How did you setup DNS configuration:
- Router
If it's a router or IoT, please write device model:
- VM
Operating system and version:
- Ubuntu 20.04

Expected Behavior

When you hover over eye icon next to domains that have them in top domains blocked or queried sections in dashboard should bring up details about if either whotracks.me or adguard's own database has any details about the domain.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens except for a small downward facing arrow when hovering over domains top queried domains sections and nothing in top blocked.
