Add Client modal: if you click outside of it, the modal just closes and the entered info is lost.

Should not allow for the modal to close unless the user clicks Save/Cancel.

@ameshkov, I propose to add this requirement to the new design check list, #2554. @IldarKamalov says that implementing it in the current UI will probably be a bit painful. What do you think?
