Prerequisites

I have checked the Wiki and Discussions and found no answer
I have searched other issues and found no duplicates
I want to request a feature or enhancement and not ask a question

The problem

When controlling group or individual customers, have more restricted control for children or even employees.

Proposed solution

I propose having an option to create a rule to block all sites and only release those on a list. Thus, creating a group and including all MAC addresses and the option to block everything except the listed urls.
