Prerequisites

I have checked the Wiki and Discussions and found no answer
I have searched other issues and found no duplicates
I want to report a bug and not ask a question or ask for help
I have set up AdGuard Home correctly and configured clients to use it. (Use the Discussions for help with installing and configuring clients.)

Platform (OS and CPU architecture)

Linux, ARMv7

Installation

Custom package (OpenWrt, HomeAssistant, etc; please mention in the description)

Setup

On a router, DHCP is handled by the router

AdGuard Home version

All versions

Action

Replace the following command with the one you're calling or a
description of the failing action:

nslookup -debug -type=a 'www.example.com' '$YOUR_AGH_ADDRESS'

Expected result

Expected to see full working web panel.

Actual result

404 page not found error.
Tried reinstalling AGH, recompiling it for my router (armv7l softfloat), but nothing worked its showing this thing for every page like login .html and install.html too.

I also tried rebooting router, reset, reinstalling firmware but nothing worked.
Tried compiling the binary for 10 times with 10 different versions all show same error

Earlier the binary was working fine doh was working, web panel was working. This all happened suddenly.
