i get this error to sometimes seems same?

This probably happens while the server is reconfiguring so it can't respond to DNS requests.
I think we just shouldn't print an error message in this case.

148.161.1.2 is one of dns address that app provide
also i got some error like this later rerun the app

2019/08/07 15:52:12 [info] error while responding to a DNS request: write udp [::]:53->127.0.0.1:61717: use of closed network connection
2019/08/07 15:52:18 [info] error while responding to a DNS request: write udp [::]:53->148.161.1.2:62688: use of closed network connection

also seems when such error happen when i go "query log" in 127.0.0.1/#logs
it just log "blocked by filter url" so wont show any other url
