Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For whatever reason I have a handful of albums that have mostly low quality songs that don't meet the cutoff standard, but if a single track has a quality at or above the threshold it does not appear in Cutoff Unmet.

Describe the solution you'd like
either through configuration or as default behavior any album that has any tracks that are below the cutoff should be reported.
