Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
trying to manually work through thousands of unmapped files, and i believe picard would be faster, but need an efficient way to target these files and not re-picard the entire drive
Describe the solution you'd like
Would love it if unmapped files had an export function that would allow giving the list to picard, so picard would populate only those files from the unmapped list, making for more targeted work.
Describe alternatives you've considered
my alternative is to have picard recheck the entire drive, but it's an intensive process that wastes lots of time on files that are already OK, and risks messing up stuff I dont even need it to look at.
Additional context
Y 'all're awesome, thank you!
