previous discussions indicates mka files were largely audiobooks not music which is what readarr is for

The mka container can be used as a container for audio encoded in opus codec and allows additional non-audio streams (i.e album art/images) in the same file. The opus container does not allow non-audio streams.
Please consider adding support of .mka files as I would like to transcode my existing flac files into opus while retaining the image streams for album art.
