Would it be possible to add album naming tokens for full release date and catalog number? Artists like Buckethead release so much that I like to organize it with the full release date to be able to sort it accurately. Id also like to be able to include the catalog number for this reason.

Not at the moment. It looks like it would have to be given some thought unless we just supplied them all as the catalog numbers seem to not be unique to a release. See https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Release/Catalog_Number.
