Currently the Ignore Deleted tracks option does not do anything. Functionality needs to be hooked up in Album service to un-monitor albums upon deletion of tracks. However, behavior needs to be nailed down (should we ignore on one track deletion or only on all tracks deleted for album?)

I have seen that this issue is still present in 0.7.2.
I understand that this bug has been labelled as low priority, but is there a chance for this to be picked up?
I would love to contribute, unfortunately my C# knowledge is inexistent.

For me, all tracks only.
But an option to choose the behavior would be ideal.
