Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing open and closed issues

When searching by musicbrainz id I have to:

Find the item on musicbrainz
Select the URL in my browser
Trim the URL to just the id
Copy the id
Open lidarr
Start searching
Type "lidarr:"
Paste the id from step 4

This is very tedious on mobile devices.

Describe the solution you'd like

Find the item on musicbrainz
Copy the full musicbrainz URL
Open Lidarr
Search
Paste the full musicbrainz URL

Lidarr should recognise this as a musicbrainz URL, parse out the id, and search for that.

I'm here for it too! I do a lot of adding/managing my library via mobile, and it would make adding artists/albums so much easier to have this functionality.
