Describe the problem to be solved

It would be good to be able to "ping" (check) if a remote runner is online, via the admin dashboard. Would also be good to have a way to notify the admin if no runners are running, since without them no conversions can happen.

Ability to "ping" the runners to see if they are available, and notify the admin if none is reachable.
