Describe the problem to be solved
When one does a search for videos or channels, only the video title and channel names are searched. Oftentimes, one would also like to search the video description as well, or even the captions (if they exist).
Describe the solution you would like
I propose that the search option should search the video description by default. If for some reason this is not desirable for a default behaviour, then there should be an option that would allow one to search the description.
In addition, it would be desirable to have the option to search the generated captions. This might be less useful, and might generate too many false positives.
One possible way to improve search would be to have a separate dialog box for "advanced search" that allows you to specify things like, descriptions, channel names, captions, local/fediverse, etc.
