I have searched the existing open and closed issues

Current Behavior

if the transmission password and user have non english characters it fails to authenticate
i tested this as password and user wont work ñçâșțăîșéè

Expected Behavior

ñçâșțăîșéè password and user should work

Steps To Reproduce

Environment

- OS: docker
- Prowlarr: latest
- Docker Install:
- Using Reverse Proxy:
- Browser: zen

What branch are you running?

Master

[Warn] ProwlarrErrorPipeline: Invalid request Validation failed:

-- Username: Authentication failure

Trace Logs have been provided as applicable. Reports may be closed if the required logs are not provided.

I have read and followed the steps in the wiki link above and provided the required trace logs - the logs contain trace - that are relevant and show this issue.
