I confirm this is not related to a Cardigann YML Indexer

Current Behavior

After troubleshooting and some pattern recognition I believe Prowlarr is missing category TV/4K from its category search. The number would be 104.

Example:
caps.Categories.AddCategoryMapping(104, NewznabStandardCategory.TVUHD, "TV/4K");

Expected Behavior

Include 104 (TV/4K) in categories to search for use with Sonarr

Steps To Reproduce

No response

Environment

- OS: synologynas DSM 7.3.2-86009 Update 1
- Prowlarr: 2.1.5.5216
- Docker Install: Yes
- Using Reverse Proxy: No
- Browser: Safari 26.2

What branch are you running?
