I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

Columns are not resizing width and cutting off text. In below image App Profile column texts gets cut off when Indexer Name column is needlessly wide and not resizing to accommodate.

Expected Behavior

Either auto resize Indexer Name column or add manual adjustment bars.

Steps To Reproduce

No response

Environment

- OS: Agnostic
- Prowlarr: 0.1.2.1046
- Docker Install: Agnostic
- Using Reverse Proxy: Agnostic
- Browser: Firefox 94.0.1

What branch are you running?

Nightly

Anything else?

This issue may vary prevalence based on screen resolution. I use 2880 x 1800
