Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing open and closed issues

The problem is I am adding a new root folder to radarr and when I clicked "OK" it vanishes without saying what happened.
Checking dev console it said it had a write issue to that folder

Describe the solution you'd like

When an error happens with radarr setting the rootFolder, tell the user what broke (in this case the fact that the folder isn't writable)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Nothing jumps to mind

Anything else?

Nope
