Issue

When we want to make a Campaign of the type "Non-email based Campaign" and use the Wizard, there is no Template step. Perhaps it just disappeared as a step or it was never there. Just follow the Wizard steps: Campaign Header, Budget, Target Lists, and Summary. After Summary click on the button "Send Marketing Email as Test" and see what happens. You will get the message "Missing required field: Email Template" and the Template page opens and gives you the option to select a template. This is normal behavior for the other Campaign types Newsletter and Email. Notice that in the Wizard navigation option Template is not there.

Expected Behavior

The Campaign Wizard must give users the option to select a template for the Campaign type "Non-email based Campaign" and in the Wizard navigation option Template should be there.

Actual Behavior

When you follow the Campaign Wizard the option Template is not available for the user. A direct selection of a template for the Campaign type "Non-email based Campaign" is not possible. You can do that after you click on the button "Send Marketing Email as Test" in the Summary.

Possible Fix

I don't know.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Sales > Campaigns from the top menu.
From the Left menu, Go to Create Campaign > Non-email based Campaign.
Follow the Campaign Wizard.
In Summary click on the button "Send Marketing Email as Test".
The Template page opens and the message "Missing required field: Email Template" appears.
