Advance range filter isn't available in Popup view, even if they are defined properly in SearchFields.php

In View list the advance range filter is displayed properly

Issue

The advance range options for filters in popup view isn't load properly

Expected Behavior

The filter should appear similar in Popup filter menu and ListView filter menu.

Actual Behavior

The filter fields aren't advance, so the filter functions are limited

Steps to Reproduce

Activate the Advance range filter for a date field
Go to ListView filter and check that the field displays the advance filtering (between, before, after...)
Go to the popup filter menu and see that the same field doesn't show the advance filter options

Context

This should be working the same in all views.

SuiteCRM Version used: Version 7.11.21 - Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
Browser name and version: Chrome Versión 92.0.4515.131 (Build oficial) (64 bits)
Environment name and version: MySQL, PHP 7
Operating System and version: Ubuntu 18.04
