Issue

When putting a apostrophe in a dashlet title, for example "cyb456's cases", the apostrophe gets turned into the html code.

Expected Behavior

Normal apostrophe

Actual Behavior

Possible Fix

Fix/Revert behavior changed in a recent update, commits found here:
