Issue

When viewing the Calendar module with a window sized to 750px wide or less,
the top buttons for changing the calendar period resize on hover and can cause browser reflows which flash rapidly between the buttons being on 2 rows or all on 1 row

Possible Fix

1. View Calendar module
2. resize window to 750px or less
3. hover over Top action buttons
