Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Lidarr import lists cannot import Spotify albums that are not matched to an MB release.
Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to import playlists from Spotify, send them to Lidarr, potentially download unmatched albums in a separate folder and sync said playlists to Plex. One could also envision sending the release to MB database for later imports by Lidarr.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Import lists are great, but they cannot import unmatched tracks nor sync to Plex.
Additional context
One could also use said Spotify playlists to welcome Music requests from external non-admin users (since no such service supports Lidarr, e.g., Overseerr)

Not something I'll likely work on, but I'll gladly review a PR for it.

Would python scripts be accepted?

Sure.
