Describe the Feature/Enhancement
I’m a big fan of this app, but I’m currently facing a storage bottleneck. My audiobook library has reached 10TB, and since the app doesn't support .strm files, I’m forced to store everything on my local drive.
In contrast, I use Emby to manage my 2PB movie library. By using .strm files and metadata locally, that massive collection only occupies 100GB of disk space.
It would be incredible if this app could support .strm files as well. This would allow users like me to keep our actual files on a netdisk/cloud storage while keeping the library lightweight and manageable locally. Thank you for considering this!
Why would this be helpful?
I use Emby to manage my 2PB movie library. By using .strm files and metadata locally, that massive collection only occupies 100GB of disk space.

If you use Docker, you could use S3?
