Describe the Feature/Enhancement

The ability to click "Ignore" on an Author's profile.

Why would this be helpful?

I have a few friends and family on my server and have added some books they want to listen to, but then its a bit annoying when i look through my library to see those authors when looking for something new for myself to listen to. They're authors I'm never going to read, so it would be great if on the author page I could add them to an ignore list and stop their books appearing in any view to me

This talks about authors instead of books but is functionally the same thing.
