What happened?

Refer to #4392
This is still an issue in the latest server version.

Seems like it still keeps the correctly transcoded file in the cache but does not replace the library file with it.

It was stated as fixed but it still does the same thing.

What did you expect to happen?

When settings are given to convert the M4B to a lower bitrate, that it creates the file with the lower bit rate

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Have a higher than 64kbps bitrate M4B file.
  2. Go to Make M4B Audiobook File and Open Manager
  3. Set bitrate to 64kbps and start action.
  4. Action will run and complete but no change to the file in the library.
