Describe the feature/enhancement

It would be great if first page of a PDF or ebook could be displayed as the cover if the matching algorithm doesn't find any art for it. Even in cases where the first page isn't necessarily the cover, it would at least provide a preview of what is contained in the document.

This would be a huge help! Especially when dealing with magazine PDF collections. It gets painful tracking down covers one by one (if you can find them)
