Describe the feature/enhancement

Some podcasts have different images for each episode and currently ABS is displaying the general podcast image for these episodes instead of the episode image.

It would be great if ABS could display the episode images for these podcasts wherever the podcast episode image is displayed, for example in the 'Continue Listening' and 'Newest Episodes' sections on the 'Home' page, on the 'Latest episodes' page and also in the player.

An example of a podcast with different episode images is https://podcast.global.com/show/3287246/episodes/feed
