Describe the feature/enhancement

I know there is a feature request for notes/review for other users. That might cover this, but I would like to have a space to take active notes on a book I am currently listening to (Both on the web client and the mobile client) so that if something happens in the book that I want to remember later (either for making a review or just so that I can reference it at another time) that would be great. I don't know that it has too have too many features, just a persistent note.

Something that I am also looking forward too as well. My be able to make notes per chapter and be able to review all notes in a seperate sections as well.

[Bug]: the phone's battery drains rapidly and overheats severely. At this point, opening the Audiobookshelf app results in a blank screen. #2811
