Describe the Feature/Enhancement
Currently, when I want to limit a user's access to books (say a child), I have to allow only books with specific tags if I want granular control over what is available.
This is a tedious process, since I have to first find all of the books (and mark them individually in the list - I don't see a select all on the screen option), then go into bulk edit, then map, then make a tag and apply.
Then, go to user settings and apply that tag to the user.
Doable, but tedious.
It would be much easier if I could just add whole series, where series are available.
I'll make another ticket for the select all on the screen (like open series, select all, bulk edit...).
Why would this be helpful?
It saves a lot of hassle and clicking around and reduces options for mistakes, or misapplied tags.
Future Implementation (Screenshot)
Either add a separate field to allow series - next to the tags selection field.
Or allow series to be entered into the Tags accessible to user field (and rename it to items available...).
Audiobookshelf Server Version
v.2.21.0
Current Implementation (Screenshot)
Only tags are supported when selecting what a user can see.
