Could we please add the ability to download SRT files with the mobile app?

This is related to #2919 and #2257.

Without built-in support for SRT subtitles, I'm OK with using Smart AudioBook Player to view them. But right now when I use the AudioBookShelf mobile app to download book content, my SRT files aren't copied. In fact, the SRT files don't even appear in the Mobile app at all, though they do appear in the web interface under Library Files.

Why would this be helpful?

So that users who prefer to read along with audiobooks will have a mechanism to synchronize them.

This is not a duplicate of 2257 or 1237 because both are requesting the display of SRT files within the official player. I am requesting that SRT files get transferred along with other files (such as EPUB) even if the official player doesn't do anything with them.

I will also add this on the other repo.
