The bug

I speak Chinese
preferred language is currently dependent on the browser and session specified to be in effect, and is not stored correctly on the backend.I think these settings should be part of account configuration.
Changing browsers or clearing cookies will cause the preferred language to reset to the default English.

1. Change language preference to Chinese✅
2. Clear the cookies and it will revert to English, or log in with another browser and it will still be in English.
