I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

Local library does not load Live Photos (they are not recognized as live photos, only as stills).
They are properly recognized on the backed up photos.

Loading the photo from the backed up photo works, loading from the local library does not.

Edit: This does seem to only be relevant on the Beta Timeline, on the non beta, this seems to load properly

Reproduction steps

Take a live photo
Run the backup
Loading the photo from the "Photos" tab shows the live photo
Loading the same photo from the "Library" (-> Camera) only shows the photo as a still, not as a "live" one
