I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

When I upload my full libary from my ios device to immich and let everything process, I went to my duplicates in Immich and deleted all the dubs. The next time i let immich upload again from my phone it starts uploading the same files again... this happens over and over.

  1. Install immich
  2. Move all photos from ios device to immich
  3. Remove duplicates from immich
  4. iOs will start uploading all the duplicates again

This is working as expected, the app will upload anything it doesn't see on the server.
