App: 0.3.9
System: 0.2.3

Firefox: 136.0.1

Mouse mode: absolute

When moving the host mouse cursor outside of the browser window, removing focus from the browser, the client cursor relocates to the 0,0 position, activating hot-zone actions on the client system. For example with a GNOME environment on the client system, it's nearly impossible to unfocus the browser without automatically activating the window overview mode of the client desktop.

i seen this on my virtual machines before , it might be the default safe spot where the mouse goes when the viewer goes into idle mode ...

Only need but to ask for more info. Local system is Fedora 40 on x86_64, KDE desktop, Firefox 137.0, focus follows mouse desktop setting. Target system is booted from Fedora 42 Workstation Live image mounted through virtual media from the JetKVM. Target is default configuration, only the installation option is dismissed and a terminal started. JetKVM updated to development release app 0.4.7-dev202507031912, system 0.2.5.

Overview of behavior and comparison to PiKVM in the linked webm video. Note how the mouse cursor on the target system jumps to the top left corner when focus is lost with the JetKVM tab but not with the PiKVM tab.

I don't have permission to re-open the issue @adamshiervani
