New Jetkvm owner. Connected my unit to an older Win10 Enterprise machine (I7, Nvidia video card). I needed to enable the onboard graphics (Gigabyte Z390 Designare) to use the hdmi port. Everything seems to be working, I'm able to connect using different machines on my local network. The mouse pointer works correctly between client and remote machines. My problem is that my remote computer (described above) detects the the Jetkvm as a 2nd monitor but will only allow a screen extension not mirroring. So on my machine accessing the Jetkvm I only get an empty "win10" background.
I'm using chrome and went throught all the published troubleshooting suggestions and checked for updated drivers on all devices. The one thing worth noting is that the Nvidia control app does not detect a 2nd monitor (I'm guessing because its not directly attached to the card). The Windows system does detect it as display 2 with proper resolution and refresh but as mentioned will not mirror.
My video card does have a 2nd output but it's DVI; would it make sense to use a dvi to hdmi adapter and try it that way? Any suggestions / help appreciated.

Update: I tried the dvi to hdmi adapter on the 2nd ouput of my Nvidia graphics card which seems to work using my laptop. I will continue to update after further use.
@dyver1 commented on GitHub (May 14, 2025):
Thanks, part of the problem was that the windows OS wouldn't let me do
that. I was trying to use the motherboard's intergrated graphics port for
the Jet. I eventually got it to work by using a DVI to HDMI adapter on the
2nd output of my graphics card.
Everything working now with just one annoyance, every time the computer
that is attached to the Jetkvm goes to standby mode and I try to connect
the Jet takes a new IP address. It usually takes the next numerically
higher address so with a little trial and error I can find it. Hopefully
this can be somehow addressed in a firmware update.
Thanks again for your suggestion and reply
