Currently, when clicking "Delete" on a bootable image, it's instantly deleted. I think - for peace of mind and for people with terrible upload speeds - it would be better to add a confirmation prompt to lower the risk of accidental deletions.

Just happened to me. Uploaded an 6GB Image before which took me about 10min. Really frustrating.

Please add a prompt!
