Bug description

Unless I am misremembering, I believe keyboard typematic functionality was working in the past. However, it is most definitely not working with the current firmware (i.e. 0.4.8). Specifically, I never see a character get repeated upon pressing and holding a key down on my keyboard. If I quickly press and release a key multiple times and then hold it down, I will sometimes see the character get repeated. But, the repeat will eventually stop on its own even though the key is still being depressed.

I am not completely sure if this functionality is supposed to be working in 0.4.8 or if we should be waiting for 0.5.0.
