While the new hotkey works beautifully otherwise, it doesn't completely function as expected.

Opening the 'Send Message...' dialog box, one can cleanly paste previously copied rich text in the display tab. Using the same copied rich text with the 'Send Clipboard Text Message' will result in the user submitting a blank line an chat.
