Context
I would like to use the right-cmd key for push-to-talk while still being able to press the left-cmd key to control other applications without "keying up": unintentional, repeated, brief ptt triggering.

Describe the feature you have in mind
When choosing a shortcut in Mumble > Preferences > Shortcuts, pressing any modifer key binds the selected shortcut to this exact key, without the corresponding key on the other side of the keyboard. Eg: I can bind left-alt to PTT without binding right-alt at the same time.
