Description
This could significantly improve the usability on the small screens. If the window's vertical dimension is not enough to fit the wrapped elements, display the vertical scrollbar. If wrapping is too hard, just show both scrollbars as suggested at https://github.com/mumble-voip/mumble/issues/5426
