Description

In [Configure | Settings | User Interface | Talking UI]:

Depend on how is checked the [Abbreviate channel names] before using one of the third buttons [Reset] or [Restore Defaults] or [Defaults (All)],
several options below are desabled whereas they should be enabled.

Because default option of [Abbreviate channel names] is [True], all following options have to be Enabled.

Steps to reproduce

Test 1:

Go to [Configure | Settings | User Interface | Talking UI]:
Verify that [Abbreviate channel names] is [True], otherwise checked it at [True].
Click on [Restore Defaults]
Note the states of following options.

Test 2:

Go to [Configure | Settings | User Interface | Talking UI]:
Verify that [Abbreviate channel names] is [False], otherwise checked it at [False].
Click on [Restore Defaults]
Note that states of following options are corrects.
Click a second time on [Restore Defaults]
Note the states of following options.
