My case is not typical, I need family members to be able to leave comments on photos, to share their thoughts and feelings about them, ideally it should support audio/video recordings to be accessible by elderly
@lastzero commented on GitHub (Oct 4, 2019):
Thanks for your feedback! I agree, we should certainly add comments at some point after our first release. Still busy figuring out how to compile our dependencies on the Raspberry, feature development continues soon.

100% with you and also a ❤️ button would be great. Nothing complex, just enough for the grandmas to react on grandchildren pics.

Also one of my favorites. Just released facial recognition, so we need a short break to recharge batteries and also work on multi user support as a precondition for this. Doing our best to get it done as soon as possible.

Please don't add funds to IssueHunt anymore! 🎁
While we like IssueHunt and are grateful for the donations we've received so far, it hasn't proven to be a sustainable funding option for us as we spend much of our time maintaining existing features and providing support.
If we don't have enough resources to provide support and bugfixes, we can't start working on new features.
@GD-Dal commented on GitHub (Apr 4, 2023):
This would have been fantastic!
An easy way for members to comment on a picture. Double click picture for a popup box for example would be golden
