Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like the ability to bulk add Labels to photos, without having to edit the images. Quite often the auto labelling from TensorFlow misses something and so I'd like to manually add a label.

There are two use cases for me:

TensorFlow often fails to detect one of my cats, so I need to add the label Cat
There is context outside of what TensorFlow could possibly detect, e.g. photos from a wedding that TensorFlow has classified as Portrait (which is correct) but I also know that all of these "portraits" were taken at a wedding, so I want to add Wedding.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be an option, very similar the bulk "Add To Album" feature, but to add a label.

Select multiple images
Click the multi-selection menu
Click "Add Label"
Enter the label(s), with an autocomplete field for existing labels
Click Save

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've read #271 and I think it is also a good idea, but this is a different problem with a different solution.

I would also love to see this feature implemented. In fact, it would be great to see an edit experience that is similar to Plex. In Plex, when you select multiple items and click edit, any values you see are those which are true for all of the selected items, and any value you add/edit applies to all items.
