As a user, I would like to be able to download and share partially anonymised/de-identified photos to my social media accounts.

I would like the option to have all metadata stripped and for the Fawkes tool to be run on images (to prevent facial recognition from others being run) before they are downloaded or transmitted. I would like to preserve facial recognition functionality and metadata on my own server for convenience, so I cannot just run these operations on all photos before uploading.

This is probably an extension of #25 so feel free to merge if appropriate.
