So I'm primarily using PhotoPrism as a photo archive for sharing with people. I know there are other requests to add users, but I'd also like to see a 'shared album' link on the left menu. Or just somewhere. I have ˜600 folders so once I share one trying to find it based on a watermark icon at the top of one of the thumbnail is nearly impossible, so having somewhere cataloged of all my shared albums would be helpful, either to revoke it or to reuse it.
@graciousgrey commented on GitHub (Nov 2, 2021):
We should have two sections or one with a filter for "shared with me" and "shared with others"
@m3nu commented on GitHub (Jan 29, 2022):
I also think that the sharing feature has a lot more potential. Specifically I want to give people a link and then add albums and folders over time. E.g.
example.com/s/family-7d8Currently I manually add the last
family-7d8to new shares and they show up under the same link. So that's already working great. This feature could be made more explicit and easier to use by:@CWempe commented on GitHub (Jul 5, 2022):
This is indeed a great feature.
This should be added to the documentation until it is usable intuitively.
