Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.3.0

What is the problem

If .torrent file is missing in the BT_Backup folder the torrent is still getting loaded onto the session using the fastresume file.
This is causing leftover files from deleted torrents to be re-added to session.

What is the expected behavior

Don't load fastresume without valid meta info files(.torrent)

Steps to reproduce

Quit qBt and delete .torrent files from BT_Backup folder. Don't touch the fast resume files.
Start qBt.
Broken torrents will get loaded into session.

Extra info(if any)

Issue doesn't exist in 4.2.x
