There is the item named Automatically add these trackers to new downloads on BitTorrent path of Preferences dialog window.

Please add the contra-action: ability to remove listed trackers from newly added (by both ways: via magnet-link and torrent-file) downloads.
It is sort of "blacklisted"/spam/unwanted tracker list.
