In My Machine I have installed Qbit 3.1.5. After installing It I have also updated Java in my machine. Then what ever I try to download it gets stalled. This is no an issue of firewall. Because Other Machines using the same network are able to download anything. Is Qbit has any dependency with Java Update. Please reply, if anything else is needed or not.

Do you use a proxy or a vpn?
Have you tried a really popular torrent? (many seeds)
Try to change the port used by qbt (from the preferences).
Do other bt clients work on your machine?

No, qbt doesn't java. It doesn't depend on that.
