qBittorrent version and Operating System

qBittorrent v4.1.5 on Debian 10

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

libtorrent-rasterbar9/stable,now 1.1.11-2 amd64 [installed,automatic]
qt5-default/stable,now 5.11.3+dfsg1-1+deb10u4 amd64 [installed,automatic]

What is the problem

qbittorrent doesn't start

What is the expected behavior

regular startup

Steps to reproduce

just start qbittorrent in any way

Extra info(if any)
