qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.3.0.1 For Windows
Got IPv4 and IPv6.

What is the problem

The requests to non-private trackers doesnt include IPv6 parament.
The request to private trackers were send twice in V4 and V6 but according to my windows setting (Prefer IPv4) it should go in just IPv4.
The Event parament is also missing.

What is the expected behavior

These missing paraments should be added back.
When the tracker has AAAA and A record, qb should follow the system setting to decide IPv4 or IPv6 for request.
